Here is a list of a few of my favorite juices that I make with my Omega J8006. I normally juice in the morning and at night with my dinner. With so many people juicing for weight loss, it's easy to get confused and misinformed by others, especially if you're new to juicing.

1. Lemon Juice Massage

5. Rubbing Tomato On Face

Tomato slices placed all over the face, avoiding the eye area, will help increase the moisture levels in the skin, and will help aid in the healing process of the skin due to the anti-inflammatory properties that tomatoes contain.

Applying a honey mask daily will help reduce the appearance of any scarring on your face and will also leave you with a healthy, radiant glow. Honey has many natural anti-inflammatory properties as well as a deep moisturizing ingredient naturally found within it, to leave you with more youthful and healthy skin.

7. Lavender Oil

Lavender oil used twice daily as a moisturizer is a great way to reduce noticeable scars on the skin and will leave your skin with a sweet scent. Plus, if you put it on right before bed, you will get the relaxation effects of the lavender to help put you to sleep…zzzzz.

Avocado Face Mask

Ingredients:

½ Ripe Avocado

1 Egg Yolk

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Organic Plain Yogurt

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Prep:

Peel and mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until you have a smooth consistency. Mix in the remaining ingredients until blended well and apply to clean face and neck. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Gently pat dry with a soft towel and follow with an oil-free moisturizer for your face and neck or skip the moisturizer and add a drop of extra virgin olive oil to your face and neck. 1 drop will be enough for your face and neck, won’t leave your pores clogged, and will be a beautiful hydrator for your skin.

Benefits:

Avocados are beneficial to your skin in addition to your overall health. Avocados heal dry skin, reduce age spots, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and can even soothe skin affected by eczema or other skin conditions. A large quantity of the protein, sterolin, is found in avocado and this specific nutrient is what treats so many skin issues just listed. Sterolin is found in mass quantities in the oil of the avocado which is why this oil is added to so many skincare products. An added bonus – Avocados do not clog your pores and will not make you break out further.

Egg yolk is rich in Vitamin A, which is known to fight acne and prevent future break outs from occurring. Vitamin A will heal and repair your skin, aiding with the production of new skin cells to form. The yolk of an egg is extremely effective in fighting acne.

Organic plain yogurt is a moisture drink for the skin in addition to soothing dry, irritated, and inflamed skin.  Lemon juice works to fight oily skin while leaving skin feeling fresher and looking more radiant with a beautiful glow. Olive oil is wonderful to work deep into the skin to add another level of hydration to the skin without clogging your pores.

 

Red Wine Face Mask

Ingredients:

1 Cup Organic Plain Yogurt

5 Tablespoons Red Wine

2 Tablespoons Pure Honey

Prepreation:

Combine the three ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix together with a whisk. Once blended well together, apply the face mask to your face and neck. Leave on for 20-25 minutes then rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry with a soft hand towel. Follow with an oil-free moisturizer on your face and neck.

Benefits:

Organic plain yogurt is great for the skin because it will leave your skin glowing due to the low amount of acidity in it, which will restore your natural pH balance. It is also great for adding hydration to the skin and is great for soothing sunburns or irritated skin. Make sure you don’t use a reduced-fat or non-fat yogurt. Organic is important too since no chemicals or pesticides are added which can irritate your skin.

Red wine is loaded with antioxidants that are beneficial for your skin especially the antioxidant called Resveratrol. Resveratrol works to providing you anti-aging benefits, making your skin appear more youthful and firm by minimizing fine lines and wrinkles.

Pure honey is loaded with anti-microbial properties and is a natural antioxidant. Honey fights microbial infections that cause acne without irritating your skin. Honey also pulls out impurities from your pores that would normally stay clogged, festering bacteria that causes pimples.  It will also help restore your skin’s texture and reduce damage done to your skin by the sun and daily environments you come in contact with.
