Here is a list of a few of my favorite juices that I make with my Omega J8006. I normally juice in the morning and at night with my dinner. With so many people juicing for weight loss, it's easy to get confused and misinformed by others, especially if you're new to juicing.

It's important to do more than just juice for weight loss. You'll find a lot of people starting on a juice fast and losing weight, while others juice to add healthy nutrients to their diet, which aids in weight loss.

I hope this help with your goal either to  a flat tummy, detoxing or just for a  healthy diet.

 

Morning Glory

Beets

Carrots

Orange

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Red Tangy Spice

Carrot - 5 large carrot

Beets- 1 beet

Celery - 2 Stalk

Spinach- 2 cup

Lime - 1/2 lime

Ginger - 1 thumb or 1/2 thumb

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Sunset Blend

Apple- 2 apples

Beet- 1 or 1/2 of beet

Carrot - 1 or 2 carrot

Orange- 1 orange

Sweet Potato- 1 or 1/2 of sweet potato

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

The Liver Scrubber

Carrot- 2 or 4 apples

Apple - 1 or 2 apples

Beet - 1 or 1/2 beets

Celery - 1 stalk

Ginger - 1/2 thumb or smaller

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Turmeric Sunrise

Apple - 2 apple

Pear - 2 pears

Carrot - 3 carrot

Celery -2 or 3 stalk

Lemon - 1 or 2 peeled lemons

Turmeric- 6 thumbs or less if desired

Ginger - 1/2 thumb or less if desired

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Radiant Red

Apple - 2 apples

Carrot - 4 or less depending on your tasting

Cucumber - 1/2 cucumber

Orange - 1 peeled orange

Beet - 1 beet or depending on your tasting

Kale - (optional) 2 leaf

Ginger -  thumb or smaller depending on your desired.

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Khadine's Green Workout Juice

Apple - 2 apples

Cucumber - 1/2 cucumber

Kale - 3 leaf

Celery - 2 Stalk

Lemon - 1/2 peeled

Dandelion - 1 cup chopped

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Full of Kale-cium

Kale is rich in vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium and iron. This makes it perfect for juicing!

Apple - 2 or 3 apples

Carrot - 3 carrot

Kale - 4 leaf

Red Bell Pepper - 1 red bell pepper

Cilantro - a handful or less depending on your desired

Collard Green - 1 cup chopped

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve

 

Rock to Beet

Pear - 3 pears

Beet - 1 beet

Raspberry - 1 cup

Lemon - 1/2 peeled lemon

Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve
