Our Policies

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Vedette Beauty & Skin Care has a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. When you are booked for an appointment we block out that time specifically for you, and we may have turned someone else away, so please be courteous and respect our time. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 100% fee of the service cancelled or $50 same day rescheduled which will be charged when rescheduled. To avoid this from happening please reschedule/cancel your appointment when the confirmation text/email/call is done 48 hours prior to your appointment.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD THAT IS USED FOR YOUR DEPOSIT ALONG WITH YOUR ID .  

If guest cancels the appointment once the appointment has started, whether it is by client’s request or is caused by the actions of the client, the client will be charged for the entire scheduled time.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No Shows

 

Any no shows will be charged 100% of the service. This fee also applies if you call to cancel after your appointment time has started.

Late Policy

 

Please notify us if you will be running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. We work very hard to make sure we are on time for your appointment. This may result in rescheduling your appointment for another day with an additional $50 rebooking fee. First time guest, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier before your scheduled appointment to fill out preliminary forms and consultation. This will allow your appointment to start promptly.

If you arrive late and still want to be serviced we can only do what we can for the remainder of the appointment. However complete coverage is not guaranteed. The entire amount of the service will be due whether or not you arrive late and do or do not get the service done.

Allergic Reactions/Removals

 

We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. We will remove the set for free and may offer a voucher for another service. Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any time.

Lash Fills

 

Everyone has a unique lash cycle which is why fills are needed every 2-3 week. In order for it to be considered a fill you must have 40% of lashes intact to be a fill. If you come into your appointment with less than 40% a full set may be required. If you arrive with no extensions remaining you will be asked to reschedule for a full set. Please understand that we can only do what is possible in the time allowed.

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received please notify us immediately. We offer one time complimentary follow up appointment that is limited to 45 minutes. One time complimentary follow up appointment must be made within seven days of the initial appointment.

No Children

 

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services we do not allow children into the treatment rooms during a service. At Vedette Beauty & Skin Care we strive to provide service for our clients in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Therefore, we have to ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment. In the event that you show up with your child, we will have to reschedule your appointment. It is disturbing to other clients and aesthetician/lash specialist and it’s not fair to your child to expect them to sit for hours quietly for you to complete your service. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.

No Guests

 

Due to limited space please refrain from bringing a guest to your appointment. No friends are allowed in treatment room.

Cell Phones

 

For your comfort and relaxation we require that you silence your cell phone while in the treatment room.

Privacy

 

Your privacy is crucial to us! All personal information collected for online booking us entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes and are not shared with third-parties.

Guest In-Take Form

A completed client intake form and waiver will be required for each guest, prior to them receiving services.

Guest Conduct

Professional boundaries are expected at all times.
