When you are booked for an appointment we block out that time specifically for you, and we may have turned someone else away, so please be courteous and respect our time. If you need to cancel your appointment you are required to give us sufficient notice of 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid the 50% charge of the service you scheduled.
Any appointment that is made is considered a scheduled appointment.
If you call before the 24 hour time frame and want to reschedule, your deposit is applied to your next scheduled appointment date and time.
If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment and/or a No Show and you want to make a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.
All Our services require a 50% deposit of the total fee of the service.
Deposits are for the scheduled time (time reserved specifically for you) and please understand that is you do not give us sufficient notice, that the time can not be given to someone else that may have wanted it or our guest that are on our waitlist.
If client cancels the appointment once the appointment has started, whether it is by client’s request or is caused by the actions of the client, the client will be charged for the entire scheduled time.
Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Clients are required to deposit 50% of the service price to secure their appointment slot. Due to the amount of time required to complete this procedure, if client fails to reschedule or cancel at a minimum of 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time, the deposit is nonrefundable. A No Show results in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit plus a $25 rebooking fee.
Making an Appointment
A credit card is required to schedule/hold any appointment, however the appointment can be paid for with cash at the time of your service.
Please arrive on time
Appointment times are very specific to include time for thorough cleaning prior to your lashing. Late arrivals over 10 minutes will be subject to reschedule or your session will be reduce to remaining time and you will be charged the full price. First time guest, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier before your scheduled appointment to fill out preliminary forms and consultation. This will allow your appointment to start promptly. If you are 10 minutes late that may result in a rescheduled appointment with an additional $25 re-booking fee. THIS IS NO EXCEPTION!
Please Note: If you’ve had a history of last minute cancelled appointments, no show, or same day reschedule, you MUST pre-pay in CASH at our facility to reserve all appointments. No exception to this policy.
Policy on Children
At Vedette Beauty & Skin Care we strive to provide service for our clients in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Therefore, we have to ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment. In the event that you show up with your child, we will have to reschedule your appointment. It is disturbing to other clients and aesthetician/lash specialist and it’s not fair to your child to expect them to sit for hours quietly for you to complete your service. No friends/kids are allowed in treatment room.
Policy on Friends
Due to limited space please refrain from bringing a guest to your appointment. No friends are allowed in treatment room.
Please silence your cell phones
For your comfort and relaxation we require that you silence your cell phone while in the treatment room
